Diploma for a year has a restricted career profile on contrary a degree course can lead a better career option for any candidate.

It is good always to study, studying should never be discouraged. When it is related to job, it has a different explanation. If someone is pursuing diploma of one year on travel and tourism after completing class 12 it is good. In that process the person who is studying diploma has to understand that studying one year course the job career is limited and if a person who has studied 3 years degree course on travel and tourism will definitely go high profile in job market.
Diploma in travel and tourism is just a 12 months course which can take a person to a certain level but what after that?
