Was construction halted some time ago? ...looks like an abandoned building. Hope the fire service gets there before it turns to an inferno.

Because there's nothing he can do about it, he doesn't have any power over the incident, so he minded his business. I don't stress myself on things i don't have power over

A joint team of UBA, Union Bank and Lagos State firefighters have been trying to put off the fire for hours now.At least for trying to prevent spread to other close-by buildings, Kudos to their combined effort.

No firefighters around ba? And when we look carefully, we'd find out that the fire was caused by the carelessness of a woman. Women destroy a lot of things, sadly.

Exactly.
In fact, its like women have destroyed ur brain.
What a nasty assertion.

Any businessman who still decides to open shop in popular markets like ochanja, head bridge, idumota, trade fair, balogun, Ariaria, Alaba, etc without adequate insurance, from today should consider himself a fool.

Really pity the owner of the property and those doing business there. But in all honesty, that market is so unkept. I feel so uncomfortable with the kind of odour that ooze out in that market. Human feaces and urine flows in the gutter.
