Nigeria forward Simy Nwankwo has been named Serie B player of the month for October It is the second time Nwankwo has won the award after last picking it up in March. Nwankwo scored four goals in five league outings for Crotone during the month of October. The 27-year-old scored a brace against Virtus Entella and Venezia, before scoring the Sharks’ only goal in their 2-1 loss to Chievo. He has scored seven goals in 11 Serie B appearances for Crotone this season.
