A BILL FOR AN ACT TO ESTABLISH FEDERAL COLLEGE OF LAND RESOURCES TECHNOLOGY, RABAH SPONSORED BY HON. ARC. IBRAHIM AL-MUSTAPHA ALIYU SCALED THROUGH FIRST READING

It is definitely a new dawn in Wurno/Rabah Federal Constituency as the unwaivering efforts of Hon. Arc. Ibrahim Al-Mustapha Aliyu has started yielding positive outcomes.

Yesterday 6th of November, 2019, a Bill for an Act to establish Federal College of Land Resources Technology, Rabah sponsored by Hon. Ibrahim Al-Mustapha Aliyu was presented during plenary session of the House of Representatives for first reading.

When finally passed into law, the College shall encourage the advancement of learning to all persons without distinction to race, creed, gender or political conviction and offer the opportunity of acquiring a higher education in Land Resources Technology.

The College shall offer academic and professional programs leading to the award of Diplomas, National Diplomas, Higher National Diplomas and Professional Diplomas in Agronomy and Extension Services, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Engineering Technology and Natural Sciences with the aim of producing socially mature persons with capacity to improve on those disciplines and also to contribute to the transformation of Land Resources Technology in Nigeria.

Apart from academic opportunities, the establishment of the Federal College will undoubtedly facilitate employment opportunities for the indigents and inhabitants of the constituency and Nigerians irrespective of creed, gender and political conviction.

The northern law maker keep sponsoring bill that is favorable to their constituency, while the southern law maker are busy looting.
