We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Requirements:
o Prepare and conduct new employee orientation
o Maintains and develops a human resources system that meets HR Manager needs
o Prepares and plans the reports and recommends the producers to reduce absenteeism and turnover
o Follow up and in charge the attendance record, annual leave and other leave of staffs
o Update the labor law frequently
o Settle the labor relations, labor disputes, disciplines, implementation of personal transaction such as rules and termination
o Maintains and manages organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program, conduction and analyzing exit interviews
o Ensure all announcements, policies, regulations of the office to be delivered to all staff on time and implemented by them properly
o Support and manage the office for any administrative procedures.
o Be in charge of managing all office facilities maintenance.
o Good Communication Skills
o Must be able to work Independently
o Manage HR documents and Maintain Personnel Records

Qualification and Experience:
• BSC in Human relation or any related Courses
• Minimum of 3years Relevant Experience in a Related Field.
