From what I read, they didn't nullify the case.
The judges refused to rule on both case.
So no petition dismissed and makinde not sacked.

The decision may seem weird but I guess they can't conclude that Makinde won because of the over voting.

In any case, if the Appeal Court had given any judgment in whatever form, the case would still be taken to the Supreme Court by Makinde and the status quo will have remained until the SC judgment.

Still a sifia pain case for PDP.
