Emeka Offor is a Billionaire in Naira but not in Dollars. He does not have that kind of money. He couldn't meet up with the deadline of $200m to buy EEDC. He had to team up with Goodluck Jonathan's wife to acquire EEDC. Most of these companies are not owned by him. He is just acting as a delivery boy to some corrupt politicians.
