Money gang, Money gang. How much of that money do we really have? As a business, we know that cash flow (money) is the life blood of any business and to generate it, we need to make steady sales, which in-turn guarantees cash flow. This is absolutely important because without sales, you are really counting bridges in Lagos.

Having ample cash on hand will ensure that your suppliers, vendors, employees/anyone helping you and most especially yourself can get paid. For you as a business owner, smooth running of your business is essential. That’s apart from ensuring you have the money to take care of your own personal needs and that of your dependants.

The need for cash-flow cannot be over-emphasised. One needs money at hand to solve problems. Sadly, the many myriad of problems small and online based businesses in Nigeria face can be hard, especially when the economic environment makes it difficult to generate anything beyond a couple of sales within a long period of time.

So this begs the question, how can you boost your sales in a weak economy?
