SOURCE(NAIJAPALABA.COM)-Ahead of the November 16 gubernatorial election in Bayelsa state, some ex-militants under the aegis of Niger Delta Revolutionary Crusaders, (NDRC) have accused the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Governor Seriake Dickson, of importing and recruiting thugs from neighbouring states to disrupt the polls. The group also said it received intelligence report that some notorious cultists and renowned PDP thugs from the state were contracted to import mercenaries from Ondo and Rivers states to hijack election materials and to unleash terror on APC strongholds in the state.
