With Nissan announcing plans to mass produce electric cars

The future of Oil business is in soup

If Nigeria know what we are doing we will immediately make the most of oil now.

This fortune will not last forever, Oil will either dry up in Nigeria or soon made irrelevant on world stage.

Why do you guys keep saying this? Electric cars SUCK. The technology isn't there yet to build batteries that have large enough capacity for the size constraints. Seriously, go price a car that is offered in both a hybrid version and a gasoline version. The financials of the gas will always be better, and this is even with gov't subsidies that are available.

Whether we like it or not, oil will be necessary for the indefinite future.

So it may b today, bt d technological watershed r nearer dn ever. As d necessity becomes pressing, d tenacity becomes daring. Dts d point where d breakthroughs take place. It's a natural law wt science dt next generation equipment r twice smarter dn within 2 years, it doesn't only apply to computers. So u can imagine wt improvement would hav been in another 10 years (2020) wt d electric cars. Hope Nigeria would hav smarten up wt her investments before then.

On d balance side, d use/demand for crude oil and gas wldnt diminish within d next 70 years. Rather, increase is only projected. The grand aim alternative energy sourcing is to balance demand wit supply and at time when exploitation begins to diminish, there to b available and reliable sources.

But d nation's current reserve is at 40 years while 120 years for natural gas. So Nigeria will still continue to b a major player in oil and gas business, and converse is also true. But consumer culture and demography will certainly change wt d advent of improving alternative energy technology.

I don't get your parameter for determining who is real and who is fake.I think an all inclusive crushing is the solution. The only alternative is an all inclusive amnesty.

Giving amnesty to Peter because he is your political associate and giving him weapons and soldiers to fight Paul will always backfire.

You have spoken sense. Don't mind all the blind GEJ supporters they will never see anything wrong in their actions; but time will tell.
