You talk about hate speech who will be the judge to determine what is hate speech or not?

From what we have seen hate speech is anything that question the action, accountability and transparency of this govt. exposes the misdeeds of our leader and the ill of this country.

We need to be united to put an end to the problems of we are facing. And one sure way to render the citizens powerless is to stop the free flow of information and censor communication.

One thing about us is we don't think of the future at all. Assuming no press carry the Ruga news or nobody warned us against it at all, would there be an outcry? would it had been paused?
All what we will be hearing is buhari is a good man and is working tirelessly for the good of our country.And in the next 50 years we will have children and youth who will clueless.

Again who will be the judge to determine what is hate speech and what is not? And how are we sure this regulations will not be used wrongly.

well as long as it specified that if the speak lead to the death of others, it not bad. but my worry is if the same speech is coming out from north the authorities will pay deaf ear but if its coming from the south you will see they are working
