Las las, everybody will be alright. When we will be gagged up in the hate speech bill, and taxed for the air we breathe, cashless policy tax implementation and avoidance.

Hunger knows no zombie or wailer.

We will be fine

It held that the Nigerian Constitution only required a candidate contesting the presidential election to be educated up to secondary education even when the candidate does not possess the certificate.

The should have just prepared this and put in their archives. Reasonable people know that Buhari is more than qualified to contest and he won the elections overwhelmingly. Wailers and haters however will never believe Buhari is qualified to contest elections no matter what happens.

You know, this new chief justice will end up destroying this country with its frivolous reasons for not hearing a case. You threw a case out before you could tender the reason sef is enough to display the courts prejudice but what do we know, that's why the displaced Onnoghen.

Like that ain't petty enough, then how can they claim that over voting didn't occur when a rep from Buhari's constituency stood up in the chambers to claim that even in house which is just a few kilometres from border that is lawlessly handled, the network doesn't read any Nigerian network but orange from a neighborhouring country and he even wonder stones if he is still in Nigeria

We can only blame the military who gave that kind of constitution and also PDP who failed to amend it because the PDP felt they will continue to be in power for life. The APC is just a beneficiary of the evil 1999 constitution laid down by the military and consolidated by PDP.

Actually that particular amendment of legislation was sneaked in 2014 just before the 2015 elections Incase the PDP made noise about PMB’s qualifications. However, GEJ refused to contest the outcome and it only came in useful against Atiku in 2019. Na so these liars dey use our contri pipo head since, now he’s biting all of the fingers that helped him up! grin

After listening to the judgement of the presidential tribunal and how the schooled everyone on how they arrived at the judgement...no sane person will expect supreme court to over turn such unbeatable judgement. Infact pdp lawyers are so naive...they just wanna eat atiku money

if it was really in 2014, David Mark was senate president and Ekweremadu was his deputy and PDP was fully in charge of the senate. Emeka Ihedioha was speaker and PDP was also fully in charge of the house of reps. How will PDP formulate a law that will only benefit the opposition against themselves? Your comment doesn't tally.

you are the one behaving very uncivilised now. How can an opposition party smuggle a bill or an amendment into a house presided over by the ruling party both at the upper and lower houses? Go and read section 131(d) of the 1999 constitution and stop saying what you don't know.

If it's secondary school and your name entered the register but you didn't attend up to the school certificate level, which is the final term of the final year, you are not good to contest, according to the Constitution. The only saving grace for you would be if you have the experience of working up to minimum of ten years at a public or private sector establishment in addition to your Primary School certificate.

The grounds on which the judgment is base is good as far as I am concern. But why first dismissed the appeal and now start giving reasons for the dismissal today? It looks somehow to me.
Some people keep criticizing Buhari all because they want Atiku, I must say you people are still part of this country problem. Among the vibrant and educated youth that contested the last election, we see no one to support than the old men that have records of "killing" this country?

You can know by student class attendance register of the School, if it is up-to-date till the final year.
