Generally, the idea of attending a federal university is to have just a little bit more freedom – what am I even saying – a lot of freedom.

Well, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, has reviewed the University’s dress code policy; and quite a number of them are actually strange and shocking. Hopefully the students abide.
