If any fake Dog breeder collects money from you without sending you the dog you paid for, then use this method below to get the scammer brought to book or get your money back.

Please READ This:
When you by Mistake *Transfer Money* to an *Account* you were not supposed to transfer money to:

As soon as you realize that you have made a mistake, quickly report the transaction to the *Police* as the banks do not have the power to stop anyone from using his or her bank Account.

When you report to the police, you are required to give them your *statement of account* to show the transaction.

The *Police* will fill a form and proceed with it to a *Magistrate* to make what is called the *Bankers Order.*

The magistrate will in chambers sign the bankers order freezing the account or ordering the bank of the recipient to disclose information about the owner of that account.

Then the order will be served on the bank within jurisdiction.

The bank will co-operate with the police, release the particulars of the owner of the account, call the owner of the account and take steps to see that the money is returned to you.

If the owner of the account has removed the money, the account will be frozen and he/she will be told to return the said amount within a specified time.

If he fails to do so, he will be arrested and prosecuted for stealing, because he ought to have known that such money did not belong to him/her.

The offence was not committed when he/she withdrew the money, it was committed when the person was informed that it was not his/her money, requested to return it but failed, ignored or refused to do so.

So, in order to avoid all the above:
Double-check the Name of the Recipient before pressing the *SEND* button.

With Love from IGNITE German Shepherds.

Nice. But what if we just do business with "only" those we know personally?

As enlighten as this post is, the problem is when you go through this procedure you would have spent more money and more time than the money you sent already from experience

Whatever happened to going to the pet store, buying the dog and taking it home yourself!

There is no harm in trying to bring the scammer to book even if the money spent on the process is more than what was collected from you.

Will you travel to Russia because you want to purchase a Long haired GSD or a Caucasian?....some of us import dogs and we don't get scammed because we do our assignments very well. Like I always tell people, it depends on who you dealing with.
