Good morning everyone.

Please I need expert opinions on this issue that has been bothering me.

When the requirements of a Job Application says "Minimum requirement of a 2:1" does this mean that a person with a 2:2 and a Master's degree cannot/should not apply?

Because I mean, your Master's degree already surpasses the minimum requirement or does it mean that as long as you did not graduate with a 2:1 do not apply.

Thank you very much?

No I don't think you understand the question, please read it again. How about if you have a Master's degree?

Masters Degree does not change anything except it was put that the person possess a higher degree. Second class upper is second class upper..

If they want to consider people with extra degree it should be communicated therewith. Though this differs with different recruiters.

Masters can apply. not 2.2 cos 2.2 is below 2.1....It simply means only people with 2.1 and above(2.1, Masters and PhD) can apply
