I'm not saying that the hair in our intimate area doesn't have a role but I believe that you can maintain that area in optimal health even if you remove all the hairs entirely. I've shaved, waxed, and for the last 10 years I've been using an epilator to remove all the hairs from the intimate area, front and back, what you would call a Brazilian. If you're brave enough, you can even do your own Brazilian waxing at home. I was very lucky because with neither of these 3 methods have I gotten ingrown hairs. It differs from person to person. It's definitely a highly personal choice. If you're comfortable with your natural state then, that's amazing. Truly is, I really admire those women. |

Indeed, removing pubic hair may make a woman more susceptible to common infections, not to mention the damages that are done to the skin. But on the other side, I don't think that pubic hair can be very pleasing or aesthetic... Anyway, it's a thing of preference However, if you choose to get rid of it, be sure you learn how to do it properly. Disinfect the razor if you usually shave, exfoliate, moisturize... The same goes for waxing. I'd recommend you to go to a professional, that's why they're here for, haha. Really, don't do waxing by yourself, especially if you're a girl. What you could do by yourself, no matter the gender is to use a trimmer or an epilator I read on different blogs like https://www.talulahskincare.com/ that the trimmer may be a perfect choice if you want to keep the hair, but not all the bush, hahaha. |
