One major cause of Nigeria's political problems is that we have totally forgot who we are in guise of westernisation. WE ARE AFRICANS. Yet, we are struggling and pursing what is good and work better for other people whose cultures and traditions suit democracy.

What's playing well for American politics cannot hold water here. DEMOCRACY IS NOT FOR AFRICA. We have cultures and traditions that we respect and fear as Africans. UNTIL WE START TO REASON AND WORK(WALK) ALONG THAT LINE, Nigeria will continue to have tales of woes and Lamentations to tell from politics.

The only solution to Nigeria electoral system is electronic vote.

Elections in Nigeria consume a lot of lives the best way to make the murderous thugs and merchants of violence useless is electronic voting.

Even developing countries are adopting it.

The adoption of electronic voting will be the end of democratic elections in Nigeria. Even in the US they are trying to remove electronic voting system and go back to paper voting because of hacking.

Yet people here are shouting electronic voting. The software can be edited to reflect PDP when you vote APC or reflect APC when you vote PDP depending on who is in power.

Under APC, if they bring electronic voting you will just notice that 2 out of 3 votes are made to go to APC no matter which party you try to vote for. That will bring about one party regime.
