An police inspector has been arrested for brutalizing his daughter and locking her up at their home along Abak Road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

It was gathered that every time the officer comes back from work, he would either take out his anger and frustration on his wife or his daughter, Edidiong.

Reprieve, however, came for the girl, today, as she was rescued by the Ministry of Women Affairs and her dad arrested.
