Ghanaian act Fuse ODG has taken to social media to beg the DJ’s in his country to limit the way at which they play Nigerian songs.

Fuse took to his Twitter handle to beg the other Ghanaian DJ to limit the way they play Nigerian songs at events and outings they cater for, advising that they play more local songs.

His post read that DJ’s should promote more of the underground acts the country has as if Nigerians had the same opportunity they have, everyone knows what will happen.

You don't have to force it, Ghanaian artiste will have to work hard to earn it just like it happened in Naija

Back in the late 90s, Jimmy jatt et al playlist was dominated with American artistes like timberland, busta rhymes, eminen, dre, Missy E etc but today Naija beats has taken over

Jealousy is the last stage of becoming a full blown witch.they forgot too soon.in the 80s Nigerians were playing and listening to Ghanaian songs even when we don't understand the language, same with francophone music's.the ones we call macosa.
He should be rather bothered with Ghanaian artist improving their art and dishing out good contents which will in turn lure Nigerians and the world to listening to their songs.good products they say has no hiding place.
Nigerian artists breaking the hearts of people since 00bc grin

I don’t see anything bad in what he said, we had to boycott foreign music for our own Afrobeat to grow now we global, if that is what they also want to do I see no reason why we should abuse or discriminate them now....

No!
We did not boycott foreign music, our artist upped their game thus the masses reciprocated by appreciating them, Nigeria would always appreciate what is Good regardless weda it's Nigeria or not.
You can't force mediocrity down people's throat.
