hello people, i rented an office at Awka in a GRA, my vision was t start a computer repair and maintenance outfit, after about eight months of business, i found out that my business is suffering from poor location so i relocated to a better place. the problem now is that the rent i paid at the GRA will expire in a year and four months time (still very far) so i want to ask.
can someone please give me an idea of a kind of business that will do well there? an estate filled with civil servants, don't tell me supermarket cos i have two as my neighbour.

If majority living in the estate as you said are truely civil servant,I will advise you go into either of these. A Raw food business like Garri,Rice,Beans,Yam,Oil etc or go for a small Chemist.Civil servant will always patronize you for any of these

ha! ozin! garri ke? abegoo i still get dreams, a chemist is only meant for certified pharmacists and medical practitioners, i wont advice any one to go there as a quack. OK politicians live there too (all classes). any other idea?

u culd open up a frozen food store 2 offer fish,meat nd oda stuff they might have or open a cybercafe.jst a sugestion
