"is baning any member that violates the rules and regulation an option?". Then the second question will be "does facebook,twitter and the rest ban any of its members that violates the rules and regulation?"
I think ban is not an option. For e.g if u violate facebook rules and regulations they will not ban you. But rather remove the post. And i think nairaland should adopt so too.
