After the organisers have affirmed that the conference will still hold amidst criticisms, the Student Affairs Department of the institution in collaboration with Graduate Students Fellowship finally decided to organise a prayer conference on the same day the witchcraft conference is planned to hold - 26th and 27th November, 2019, possibly with the intention of counteracting the evil effect expected to emanate from the witchcraft conference.

The whites have damaged our religion!!!
Before the coming of the whites to Nigeria, our religion was one of the best in the whole world.
We pay tithes in our own little way. We give offerings and we sow seeds. We value all these things but not to the detriment of our well beings!!!
We don't pack all our sweat to one man in the name of him mediating for us. Not that we don't give to the priests! But we give out of our lots and not all we had. But now, the whites have enslaved our mindsets and our thoughts. We now believe in Daddy GO's and Mummy intercessors. We now borrow to sow seeds. We now borrow to give tithes. We borrow to give offerings. Whites!!! You have really poisoned us.

Coming to beliefs, I am sure there are so many beliefs we had that always worked for us. All these had been killed and buried long ago by the so called whites!!! Our great oracles, stolen by the same whites! The ones they cannot steal, they trick us into selling to them! What do they need the oracles for, if I may ask? Many will tell the same lies the whites used to convince us into selling our Chi to them!! The lie is that they will preserve them in the museum. Hahahahaah!!! Which museum? And why packing our great oracles and sacred sculptures to your "holy and civilized" museums? And if those oracles are so useless as you termed it, why spending heavily to purchase them?Why, I still inquire? Or is it that you people love spending on frivolities? The whites have divided us along the religion line. We doubt the truths that have been handed down to us right from generations immemorial, only to accept some fictitious stories that only talks about a particular country. The Holy books given to us as a guide line is the history of one country, how they fought their enemies, how they won and even how they were defeated, including their mythical beliefs on the cause of their defeats. We queued into the lies and idolized them, throwing our histories and legendary stories from our ancestors into the trash cans. When these whites think that we are trying to doubt the authenticity of their lies, they came up with a rubbish story that a part of us came all the way from Israel and are residing here. We sheepishly believed them!!! And they kept sucking us dry. If we really belong to the part they claimed we came from, why didn't we see our name in that their history/holy book? why was it only the names of their towns were embedded their? The whites have really dealt with our mindsets and thoughts!!! We became happy, living as a borrowed life

Which will I count and leave others? Our culture became useless just because we came in contact with the whites!!! Our people no more value our wears, our foods, our behaviours and even our languages. Our kids no more speak our mother tongue just in a bid to make the whites happy. Indeed, we have been hypnotized by the whites and their charms caught us!!! We no more feel bad when committing these crimes against our motherland. We don't even value our marriage!! Our youths are not married until they do the "white" marriage. What Nonsense, even after fulfilling all our traditional rites. Indeed, we are ordinary clay in the hand of the whites (Our "sculptors". They use us anyhow they want and dump us in the trash can when they think we are no more useful to them.

If I may remind you, These same white people we are worshiping, came firstly as traders, as our business partners and we traded by means of trade by barter. They gave us peanuts and packed our resources down to their own country to establish themselves. When they noticed that we are not getting more stupid, we no more allow them use our brains in the trade by barter system they introduced to us. we agitated over the small thing they give us in exchange of much things they take from us, so they went back to their country and returned, this time, no more as our business partners but as slave traders. They captured the strong among us and transport them to their countries to become their slaves. They even encouraged our fathers to sell the stubborn ones to them as slaves, which because of ordinary peanuts, they agreed to sell out their great minds. At the point where they knew we are becoming more intelligent, we no more buy the stories of their slave trading, in order to still remain relevant to us, the same traders, slave masters, turned and became the missionaries!
I don't blame the whites for using us this much. But I blame us for having allowed ourselves for having acknowledged that we are being used this much
