The APC chapter chairmen in Yobe and Kogi States have denied asking the party’s National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, to resign. In separate statements issued yesterday, the Yobe APC chairman, Adamu Achilare, and his counterpart from Kogi, Abdulahi Bello said they were not in support of the group that met in Abuja after the APC National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting to demand for Oshiomhole’s resignation. Achilare wondered why the group would include him and forge his signature without consent, adding that he has nothing against Oshiomhole.

The Kogi state chairman of APC, who also distanced himself from the meeting and its resolutions, said he would not hesitate to take legal action against the masterminds of the purported list. Chairman of the Forum of APC state chairmen, Bukar Dalori, had earlier issued a statement insisting that the forum never met to demand for Oshiomhole’s resignation.

As usual, these people better get the country moving, another term and we don't want to hear any excuse, first term was used to bash and blame the former government and thesame government that they blamed is now their paadi, are we even enjoying the privilege of being a citizen in this country with no access to better health care, no good housing plan for the masses, power supply low yet we pay more to get the little supply they give. Are we truly a country or we are just a state in Africa

His ouster is a question of time because it is already looming large.

Nigeria politicians lacks discipline and they don't want to be scolded for wrong doings. Oshiomole is the only party chairman in Nigeria that has the capacity of disciplining ministers, governors and senators.

He dealt with big names like Saraki and his crew, Okorocha, Yari and many others without looking back. His methods might be crude and harsh but it is delivering results and ridding the party of spoilers.

Oshiomole is the best National party chairman any party has ever gotten in Nigeria. Even the PDP calls his name more than their own Second us.

He is fiercely hated by the opposition more than even the president himself.

Oshiomole won't survive this

Oyegun won more states under him than Oshiomole did even with his kill them all kind of politics

Oyegun was just lucky because of Buhari's influence and people wanted change in 2015, not that he worked to win those states. Under Oyegun, members did not obey Party decisions. That was a terrible leadership that made the Party look like an ordinary platform with no influence on members.
