if u understand law then you'll knw things are not done like that. The alleged crime was not commited on nigerian soil so americans dont have any business here. Thats why the arrest warrant was issued and its only valid in america and canada. Nigerias role is to take him to the americans thats all. And it will only happen if both countries have that kind of understanding. See all those travelling and signing of papers buhari used to do all over the world. Its now it will come into effect..
