Prices of land vary from location to location, on the mainland, u can get as low as 2.5m to as high as 25m to 30m & on the island, at ibeju lekki, u can get cheaper plots that are yet to develop BTW 1m-5m while the developed areas starts from 10m upwards

It all depends on the materials & methodology deployed... Average carcass can cost u BTW 12m to 15m depending on location

Hmmnn, any reason for always quoting for carcasses?

Because finishing a building is subjective... New designs & scope comes out almost every 3months & the prices isn't constant... So after the Carcass, the clients can decide which type of finishes they wanna adopt

It seems work has stopped as no activities on site since December 2019. Finances or just worker issues

Due to the Client preference, we have chosen not to post the update on the Blockworks until it is done!.... We have finished casting the lintel & we will post it almost immediately B4 we start the decking... Thanks sir

Let's say 1&half but will work perfectly on 100ft x 100ft or 120ft x 120ft the best but 120ft by 90ft isn't also bad
