Who approves building plans in Nigeria ?

When the year is coming to an end, it seems there are more cases of fire accidents.... Beware if fire, always make sure that you have water ( not just in taps or tanks but in buckets, incase something becomes wrong with the tap) and sand( for electrical fire accident) in the house as a way to put it out quickly before it spreads.

How about getting appropriate fire extinguishers as a priority expense instead of these water and sand formula

This is what happens when you do not size your wires properly. Current create heat, heat can cause fire

Planning, adequate preparation upfront, stocking up materials, sharing information, monitoring the wind movements and praying to God for mercy.

Cutting costs needlessly can cut properties and lives short.
Simple.
