So there is no smoke detection / fire suppression system installed in the building ?

Who approves building plans in Nigeria ?

Why can't we just take time to read stories.

The fire was outside the building caused by the xmas lights.

Do you want smoke detectors installed outside the building?

We really need aircraft rescue and firefighting service in Nigeria. They were lucky this time, but imagine if this had happened during the usual traffic gridlock that frequently occurs around that area.
