But why would the EFCC painted this Mompha guy so bad as an Internet fraudster while all he probably did going by the EFCC witnesses was running illegal bureau de change. What of those Mallams changing dollars in sabo? Were they registered with EFCC or cbn. This is a selective prosecution by the EFCC to save face for a wrongful arrest. No single allegation of defrauding anybody. Nobody came out to accuse him of scam. EFCC should also arrest all those Mallams if what Mompha did was wrong

Rubbish

I have just two questions for this so called EFCC: 1. Is it not a statutory requirement for all banks to inform the CBN of large money's deposited into an individual or corporate entities account? 2. Why is Fidelity Bank always the defaulting bank and yet no sanctions have been meted out on them. Case and point Fidelity banks role in Diezani's loot
You guys think all Nigerians are stupid right?

[quote author=Otisker post=84494730]EFCC will soon take the money and pocket it. They won't see people like Osho, fraud is not good though. [/quote

Whether you like or not Mopha is into fraud and money laundering. Why say EFCC just say Nigerian government.

Seems Fidelity bank employees are using the bank to launder money. The bank's name keeps popping up in laundery related cases.

I noticed it too.

His only crime is not registering his changer company with the CBN,
