Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adeshina says President Muhammadu Buhari wants nothing from the country, as he is only interested in making the country better.

Adesina said this at an event organised by IgbereTV News Agency, in which he represented President Muhammadu Buhari. In the event tagged "Leadership Excellence Awards 2019", President Muhammadu Buhari won the 2019 "Man Of Integrity In Government" Award. The event was held at Sheraton Hotels and Towers, Abuja on Thursday.

Adesina also urged Nigerians to emulate the good leadership qualities of president Muhammadu Buhari.

He said, “Let’s put Nigeria first; President Muhammadu Buhari is somebody that doesn’t want anything from the country rather, he has come to give everything to the country.

“So, let all Nigerians emulate that; let’s put the country before everything.

“When we all do that, we’ll find out that the country of our dreams will come faster than we can imagine”, Adesina said.

Igbere TV reports that President Buhari beat four other prominent Nigerians to clinch on to the prestigious Award.

They include former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
