The services of a skilled, honest, trustworthy and a dependable Company Secretary Lagos (Female) are urgently needed.

Responsibilities:
Guides the company’s director on the day-to-day management/smooth running of the company.

Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing/contractual arrangements with intended customers/distributors.

Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count inventory, and reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies the supervisor/director of irregularities if any.




Performs routine clerical duties including data entries, answering phone calls, and assisting marketers and customers.

May handle cash transactions and serves as a cashier.

Provides legal/financial advice regarding the smooth running of the company.
May perform miscellaneous job-related duties when the need arises.

Education/Requirements:
OND/HND/B.sc in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Secretarial Studies, Law, or any relevant discipline with at least a year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Job Type: Full Time.
