I'm not the owner of the house. The taste of the house determined the price, it's hard to get a befitting house that will look standard like the one I posted in the axis of Ikeja or gbagada, at that price you quoted. As at now someone cannot get a standard house that the total package will be at the price you quoted in the axis you mentioned, someone have to budget 1m above for the total package. Those are the reason we are taking our time to find out befitting house at afford prices, in a nice area and easy navigation, somewhere like Ipaja Lagos. So that our clients can be able to afford it.
