The bridge is actually 1.59Km long. But it is part of a 11.9km road network.

The lekki-Ikoyi link bridge which is 1.356km long cost about 29 Bilion. Yet the Second Niger bridge was said to cost about 133km which is basically building a bridge differential of 0.24km and 10.6 km of road for about 100Billion.
