Jerry Howard must be a demented American. How come he doesn't have the same obnoxious law in his country, how come people don't get hanged for airing their opinions in the USA?

The Senator must have invited the jerry howard and paid him handsomely in bribe so he can claim 'The Americans have endorsed it' so we must pass it into law.

Jerry howard is a lowly political officer (probably an intern) in the US Embassy so his views can not weigh more than the US Ambassador himself whose views directly represents that of the American president and people.
