So I’m just going to make this post as brief as possible, today I woke up, grabbed my phone, first thing I did was check my Mobile Bank app, only for me to find out that #328 has been deducted from my account. I’ve attached a pic to this post, please, does anyone know what this charge is for?

Ironically they charge you for every SMS you receive including birthday wishes |

If you don't act they will keep milking your account... Just walk into any of the branches and request to deactivate SMS alerts for your transactions...they will give you a form to fill and that will be that.. I am sure you also receive emails for same transactions, that should suffice... SMS deactivation is the first thing I do whenever I open a new bank account |
