Who is Nnoli Obumneme?
Nnoli Obumneme is a young visionary leader with eyes on achievement than sense of entitlement. His pragmatic and innovative leadership style has crystallized his name in the heart of his colleagues and all that came across him. He is a blessing to our generation especially to the leadership world. He believes on his popular mantra “it is not about the next election, it is about the next generation.”

He has held so many POSITIONS which include but are not limited to;

Management positions
1. Class Rep 2013/2014 academic session Microbiology/ Biochemistry
2. Member, UNMSA Disciplinary Committee 2015/2016
3. 2016/2017 treasurer of great 020 class of medicine and surgery
4. Hall governor Imoke hostel, university of Nigeria College of Medicine Campus(2017-2019)
5. Hall governor NUGA hostel, University of Nigeria College of Medicine Campus (2019 till date)

His duties makes him more religious and as such held a Religious position as an executive in the Nigerian federation of catholic students(NFCS) 2014/2015

What about Academic Brilliance?
Nnoli Obumneme is not just a bookworm but one equipped with leadership abilities which has made him occupy some Academic leadership positions

Academic positions
1. As of 2017/2018 was deputy director of research and publication in MEDIX FRONTIER
2. In 2018/2019 he became the director of research and publication MEDIX FRONTIERS

ACHIEVEMENTS

As a class rep he ensured that there was:
1. No missing results for any of his classmates
2. Strengthened cordial relationship between students and lecturers
3. Stopped selling of handouts to students.
4. All these he achieved by his friendly mediation between students and lecturers

Disciplinary Committee Member
As a member, he enforced most of the rules guiding medical conducts by students.

As the treasurer of 020 class
He offered transparency in the class by producing periodic financial review to the class.

Hall Governor at Imoke hostel
1. Fixed the needful that enabled watching of football matches at the lounge
2. Procured Materials for Playing indoor games like table tennis
3. Reduce the cost of buying water to an affordable rate
4. Conducted the best and the first Inter-series match since the history of the College.
5. Conducted the first ever inter-sex cooking competition in the history of the College.

Hall governor at NUGA hostel
1. Provided an affordable and quality eatery for students by attracting Celebrities to the college of medicine.
2. Brought WIFI back in NUGA hostel at Itukku/Ozalla.
3. Solved permanently the problem of water scarcity in NUGA hostel.
4. Worked with the management to ensure 24/7 power supply in the hostel.

As an NFCS executive
1. He with his fellow executives organised one of the best first year weeks in the history of the university of Nigeria Nsukka campus.

As the deputy director of research and publication in MEDIX FRONTIER
1. He helped to organise and conduct various studies in rural communities in Enugu including studies on the Relationship between various hygiene practices and diseases.
2. With his team he also organised and conducted free HIV screening, test and counselling on world AIDs day.

As the Director of Research and Publication in MEDIX FRONTIERS
1. He published the MEDIX PRESS 2019, a publication which ceased for 4 years.
2. He also with his team conducted free HIV screening, testing and counselling on students at University of Nigeria Enugu Campus.
3. He also was the first medical student to lead team of health workers to University of Nigeria Nsukka Campus where they conducted a lot of free health services for the students in the campus.

_Finally, the quality of a leader is reflected by the standard they set for themselves, Nnoli Obumneme has set a great standard for generations unborn who will pass through our College of Medicine, University of Nigeria._
