A friend of mine just got arrested by SARS because they saw the picture of a white man on his phone, and they are demanding for him to bail himself #100k, he has already given them all the money he has which is #45k, they let him go and told him to go and raise the remaining #55k or he would be arrested again and sent to Efcc, Is this legal? |
