Please which of the CJN, is it the puppet that was installed there to do their bidding or there's another I'm not aware of. This is just a tip of the iceberg.... it's revolution now or the impunity continues unabated.....

The CJ and DSS are playing the script of their master. The CJ can't give such order when he is a conspirator to the barbaric act of lawlessness being experienced in this country.

Some people do not know or understand that there are three (executive, legislative and judicial) separate but equal branches of government in a democratic system in order to foster the doctrine of "separation of powers" and each of them acts as "checks and balances" in governance. Mind you, the key word is "equal" and that means, no one arm of government shall exercise extreme power over the other. Unfortunately, these provisions are just in the constitution but not in practice! Those who are charged with the duties of carrying out the different roles of good governance, do not even know how things are suppose to work in a democratic system of government, rather, everyone is so self centered and busy pursuing illegal financial gains by way of corrupt practices and looting of the commonwealth of the nation. The question that comes to mind in all of this is, when we look at the past and present so called "politicians" in Nigeria today, then those that occupy the judicial system, law enforcement and security agents, that do not know their "left from right" and a host of others presumably in governance; who among them really have the interest of the country or the citizens at heart? None!

A court house besieged by a group of lawless so called "law enforcement and security agents" trying to rearrest a freed citizen is a shameful act. Their "masters" should all bow in shame and apologize to the whole world. Cry the Beloved Country!

A human rights and good governance advocacy-led civil society, Make A Difference (MAD), has advised the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Tanko Muhammad, to hands-off cases involving the Department of State Security Services (DSS). In a statement by the Advocacy and Communication Director of MAD, Lemmy Ughegbe, the group said the CJN needs to rise to the challenge and give the directive nationwide to help protect the sanctity of the court.

MAD condemned the action of the DSS in forcing a judge of an Abuja Federal High Court to scamper to her chambers while it effected the re-arrest of the convener of #RevolutionNow protest, Omoyele Sowore and his co-defendant who were earlier granted bail by the court. Ughegbe said the action of the DSS in court on Friday surpassed the “draconianism of the darkest days of Nigeria’s military rule.”

“The gestapo invasion and desecration of the court by agents of the Department of State Security (DSS) is a sad and debasing testament of how deeply Nigeria and the people have retrogressed into darker ages worse even than the military era,” he said. “When law officers and security agents act with such barbaric impudence and insufferable arrogance as though they cannot be called to question for their action, one cannot but agree with those who say Nigeria is a zoo and we are hyenas, baboons and sundry animals in it.

“I challenge the Chief Justice of Nigeria to order the courts nationwide to suspend hearings of all cases brought by DSS until the deviant organisation purges itself of its sins and complies with all orders of courts issued against it.”

Hahahahahaha, I am laughing loud. This one that termites destroy his certificate and was arranged to execute his masters evil. They retire and removed many senior lawyers just to plant this inefficiency man. Is better for Nigerians to hit the street on a massive protest that will lock the whole nation than to think that this man will do anything because he is part of the evil canals and tyrants. Nothing good will come out from him ooo.....I talk. We should stop this idea of praying for the nation and act.

All those barking like rabies infected dogs have forgotten how many courts were dislodged and how many judges were beaten up in the courts by PDP politicians and their thugs.
