Focus: The Price of your Glory

WORD FOR TODAY
There is no glory without a price. If you must manifest the glory of God based on the peculiarity of your purpose in life, you must pay the price associated to it!!!

" Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." (Hebrews 12:2 NKJV)

All men who manifested the glory of God in their pilgrimage paid a price.
We can see this in the life of our Lord Jesus who is the author of our salvation; He endured the cross and bore the shame before He was glorified to be the Lord. Your case will not be an exception. There is a price you must pay to be who God wants you to be.

The evil one tries as much as possible to ensure that men do not attained the height and the glory God wants them to attain. He presents vain glory to them and deceives them that there is no need to pay the price of endurance and bearing the shame of the cross. Hence, many people settle for less than what God have for them.

The glory of the Lord would have not been attached to the life of the likes of Joseph, 3 Hebrews and Daniel; If Joseph had yielded to the advances of Portiphar's wife; If the 3 Hebrews had bowed to the golden image and If Daniel had refused to pray to the most High God when he was told not to. They all paid the price of standing in God's will and God stood by them to bring His word to pass for the glory of His name.

Lord! My life will always fulfill your purpose and your glory will be revealed in me in Jesus name. Amen!!!
