Human right lawyer and Counsel to Mr. Sowore has insisted that the DSS is very guilty of desecrating the court despite the denial by the service

The Department of the state Service (DSS) on Friday in Abuja at the federal high court to re-arrest the activist #RevolutionNow movement, not upto 24hours after his released on the order of the court

The DSS however has denied infiltrating the Court, give their reason that the service did not- make an attempt to re-arrest Sowore inside the court, saying that his supporters only over staged managed the drama, which brought the service to disrepute the Court.


Going by the claim by the DSS, Mr. Falana's said not only did the DSS officials invade the Court premises, it also made the court to hurriedly end it's activities, their leaders has also apologized to the Judge.

Mr. Falana " the presiding the judge, Ijeoma Ojukwu had summoned the head of the DSS

team in her chambers and has asked him to justify the major reason for invading the Court after which which he reportedly offered an apology before he was asked to withdraw is men from the court room
