If you have no accurate info on the APL list, or happenings about the NNPC recruitment issue (which I doubt any NNPC outsider does) desist from posting nonsense here. Heresay and rumours don't count. If by end of 2019 and no news or info from NNPC as painful as it may sound, move on. I'm a GT hopeful too, I wrote the exam and attended the interview. At best, continue asking questions using the #NNPCRecruitment hashtag on their Twitter page. Wado!
