Depending on your soil bearing capacity in respect to your choice of foundation type which makes the price different.

Taken a good land in places like ibadan or ekiti for example, 14.5m-15.5m will handle the carcass.
For moderate finishing without grey nigalex aluminum, expensive Spanish tiles and complicated pop designs, 6-8million will help.

On a better class 10-15m
For me convenient level 15-22m for finishing.
Finishing and furnishing generally is based on your taste,if you can manage 4m then you can proceed but can't compare 4m to 22m finishing,never!!!

Cost of each windows varies and no exact figure because measurements were taken on site which was used in getting the quantity of the materials needed to get these windows done,so can be a bit hard stating per window.

The protector has a Y16MM rod all thru and from my view I think each will cost roughly 60-80k if not far more.
As far as I know one of the current most expensive aluminum is nigalex.

Reduced as the client couldn't wait for lockdown to be over.
Originally the plan was to order doors from Lagos,but with the effect of the LD he changed his mind and started looking for alternatives before information got to be known, in the respect of that plus not getting such doors he said he doesn't mind reducing the height regardless of the cost...to us what's more important is distribution of load and avoid excess load for the building.
A lean RC was introduced,very lean of abt 3iches and a half block laid on it while it was plastered.
