Gentle touch making it look so straight like precast and so far it's great.... images can't says it all... Total work so far brings lot of joy on the client's face... A nairalander!

We able to meet the budget for carcass but a little increase for 3 major reasons:

The sand filled soil...the foundation type was a bit variated which increase the cost for the foundation level.

Labour cost in Port Harcourt is damn higher than expected

The price of some materials like granite been very higher than expected and these three major things added to the increase.

Still around the targeted budget just a slight difference.
