Job Vacancy for Business Development Manager
We are looking for purpose driven, innovative, ambitious and energetic Business Development manager to lead our market expansion in year 2020. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply effective market development strategies. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Develop a market expansion strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Create new business pathways, and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Lead the market development team
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into value oriented people
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a business development manager in a previous role
• Proven sales track record
• Excellent digital marketing skills
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English,
• Communication and good negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
Qualification:
• B.Sc/BA or MBA in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science or other related Area.
• Age more than 32 years
• 3yrs+ minimum experience
• Male or Female
