Instead of you to concentrate on the values offered by IPPIS, rather you are blinded by crumbs of duplication of efforts, ghost workers and perpetuation of corruption in the administration of payroll in the system. It is good for you if your reasoning is as low for employee to determine strategic policy direction of a project for you, if you have ever been an employer.
