when it comes to how to loot the nation, PDP and APC are like Romeo and Juliet, same and inseparable.

Had it been these senators actually execute developmental projects in their communities or constituencies, Nigerians would have applauded this move. However, Tom Dick and Harry, know that this is an avenue for them to loot and enrich themselves, while thinking of the next election. In this equation, there is no benefit for their constituency development, unless for the touts that will help rig them into office next election, and the poor masses that will queue up for the bags of rice or 1000 naira they will share during campaign season.

These SINators, should rather be moving for increased budget in health care, education and security. They should also ensure adequate usage of those funds. Constituency projects without names is audio.

EVERY SENATOR AND REP MEMBER SEEKING 20% THE NATION'S BUDGET AS CONSTITUENT PROJECT ARE NOTHING BUT PEN ROBBERS, EVIL, THIEVES, LOOTERS, DEMONS, MONEY DOUBLERS, VOTE BUYING MECHANISM, SKIMMERS ETC. STICK TO YOUR FUNCTION AS LAW MAKERS.

The Nigeria law should be amended so that d execution of projects will be vested solely on d president, governors nd local govt chairmen, National Assembly members shouldn't be executing projects, they focus in law making nd amending. This project execution is an avenue tru which they siphone money cos at d end they won't execute any project
