Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Purpose
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) focuses on all things related to the author and reader experience. The COO is responsible for driving the best book selling and book buying experience, operations, finance, legal and compliance, stock management, service and maintenance, safety and security, and customer support.


Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a cross-functional team. will be defining hiring needs and leading the hiring process for new team members across operations, finance, legal and compliance, and customer support. At the same time, you will be managing analysts and a larger team of Staff, sellers and bookstores.
Create & Optimize World-class Framework and Process. We are creating and will be constantly optimizing our processes for this operation, and for the structures and systems that will emerge in future.
Scale the business: Will be seeking solutions that scale and also oversee the growth of the business - processes and projects will directly contribute to the company's growth.
Analyze Data. Will create, collect and incorporate data about operations to constantly monitor performance and find opportunities to improve. Will build the analytical frameworks and operational models to enable constant improvement.
Combine attention to detail with swift execution. Help the company to overcome the challenge of doing things quickly, and doing them well.
Collaborate. Operations will keep it all together while collaborating with other teams.
Problem Solve. Tackle obstacles, barriers, problems, and snags that occur daily effectively and solve them as fast as possible. Able to anticipate systemic problems and nip them in the bud.
Create an inclusive, and safe work space. Help to create and entrench a culture of hard-work, challenge, creative and fun in the workplace. Above all else, ensure the safety of operations team, and others.


Key Requirements

5-10 years of analytical, operational and/or management consulting experience
Knowledge of online Marketing, Websites and Mobile app.
Basic knowledge of Social Media marketing.
Good spoken English and presentations
Good Human relations and coordination
Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
Experience working closely and communicating effectively with diverse set of stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines
Ability to move fast combined with a culture of deploying the most capital efficient approach in solving problems

Job Title: Website manager

Job Purpose
The web developer will help our organization to manage the website. He/she will oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting, server and content management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and update website content which include products, content, advertisements and promotions in addition to content management
Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
Maintain and continuously update the online marketing plan for the website
Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them
Regular updates of e-commerce site with new products and ensure periodic update of quantities.
Coordinate online promotions to increase sales.
Be in charge of website maintenance and troubleshooting.
Invoice generation and follow-up orders from creation to delivery as well as confirmation of product availability.
Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
Scope and documentation ongoing website functional projects /improvements
Test and deploy functional projects /improvements
Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement.
Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality and Applications.


Key Requirements

Computer science background
Minimum of 4 years experience
Proficiency with web and mobile technologies
An ability to work well with others and think clearly under deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
Excellent Web User Interface Design
Substantial knowledge of Asp Net Core 2.x.
Must have used Visual Studio 2015 (or newer) extensively.
Basic knowledge of SOM/SEO

Job Title: Digital Marketers

Job Purpose
The Digital Marketer will focus on all online marketing and brand management. He/She is responsible for maintaining the business’ social media presence and activities in digital space that will end up as conversions and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with clients, other agencies and vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


Key Requirements

Certification in digital marketing
Proven working experience, 2-3 years in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Creativity and experience in identifying target audiences as well as skill in crafting digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with A/B testing
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools i.e., Google Analytics
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Job Title: Mobile App Developer

Job Purpose

We expect our mobile app developer to be passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps. She/he will collaborate with the internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new mobile app features and user interfaces
Ensure the best performance and user experience of the application.
Fix bugs and performance problems.
Write clean, readable, and testable code.
Work with back-end developers, designers, and the remaining part of the team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Keep up to date with latest terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps.
Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
Work closely with colleagues to innovate app functionality and design regularly.
Support the entire application lifecycle.
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.

Key Requirements

Previous working experience as a Mobile developer for over 4 years.
B.Sc in Computer Science or similar relevant field
Portfolio of released applications on the ios App store and the Android market.
In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
Experience with APIs.
Problem solver with excellent analytical skills
Basic knowledge of Social media marketing
