The COO is responsible for driving the best book selling and book buying experience, operations, finance, legal and compliance, stock management, service and maintenance, safety and security, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a cross-functional team. will be defining hiring needs and leading the hiring process for new team members across operations, finance, legal and compliance, and customer support. At the same time, you will be managing analysts and a larger team of Staff, sellers and bookstores. Create & Optimize World-class Framework and Process. He/she will oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting, server and content management. Key Responsibilities Generate and update website content which include products, content, advertisements and promotions in addition to content management Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements Maintain and continuously update the online marketing plan for the website Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them Regular updates of e-commerce site with new products and ensure periodic update of quantities. She/he will collaborate with the internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop new mobile app features and user interfaces Ensure the best performance and user experience of the application. Fix bugs and performance problems. Write clean, readable, and testable code. Work with back-end developers, designers, and the remaining part of the team to deliver high-quality solutions. Keep up to date with latest terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps. B.Sc in Computer Science or similar relevant field Portfolio of released applications on the ios App store and the Android market. In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
