The United States (US) has ordered President Paul Biya of Cameroon to “immediately and unconditionally” pull out the military from Southern Cameroun territory.

The 72-hour ultimatum followed U.S. Congress approval, in a resolution of an Act, authorising President Donald Trump and U.S. Department of Defence for Biya to comply.

The announcement was made, yesterday, in a YouTube video, monitored in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.

According to the video, the U.S Congress Act, said: “President Paul Biya has 72 hours to pull the military from the Union Treaty Territory of Cameroon.”

Other facilities to be evacuated by Cameroonian military include four airports in the occupied territory, to be monitored by U.S Military Intelligence in Chad, Nigeria, Central African Republic and Gabon.

It warned: “Failure to comply will face the wrath of U.S. military authorities,” urging Biya to release all detained citizens of LA du Republic Cameroon.

It has also been reported that 24 councils of Borno, Adamawa and Taraba states in Nigeria are curved out for the new state.

According to UN workshops Coordinator and Chairman, Steering Committee, Prof. Martin Chia Ateh, Cameroonian military pullout was to actualise the State of Cameroon by the United Nations (UN) on July 10, next year

To those who don't follow international politics well, I will explain what will happen in few days, weeks or months following this order.

Failure of Biya to follow this order, Cameroon is about to turn Syria. The US Army won't have any option than to apply force if the Cameroon government refuses to comply.

I don't think Buhari will surrender the 24 councils too. If this happen, US will have to sanction Buhari. This sanction will affect his family members, military chiefs and all his goons (including Mamma Daura and Abba kyari..

To those who always tell US to mind their business, you're just ignorant. If today, Igbo's and Yoruba's decided to leave Nigeria and Nigeria government turn to use of Force, US will intervene in your matter (mostly fighting the government who doesn't allow self determination).

What ever Buhari is doing now including disobeying court rules, the best we citizens can do is criticize it well. If this trend continues, something else will happen

Cos me wondering why Usa hasn't bombarded Myamar cos of Rohinga people

Investigation is going on. Last week, Myanmar army was found guilty of 'Genocide'.

I'm sure this issue of southern Cameroon has been there for long. Either now or later, Myanmar army will pay for the genocide against Rohingya people

Biya knows that this is an empty threat especially given the clown in the white house,
the coming election and the toothless UN.
The worst that can happen is economic sanctions.

And when economic sanction happens? Cameroonians will flee to Neighboring countries including Nigeria because of hardship in their country.

We all need to learn. Without economic sanction on Nigeria, we are battling inflation. What if we have disputes with USA and US government decide to sanction us? Inflation will rise above 100%
