I cannot choose one. Abuja seems like the only realistic one right now and the other options for me are Benin or Enugu

Your poll is too biased. I pride myself as having visited/stayed/lived in virtually every major city in 9ja(to hell with madam Dora) and out of them all. . .its hard to choose sha,i guess it depends on what you want.
You want a friendly city to raise children,a fashion conscious and 'wild' city,an education friendly city,a pocket friendly city. . .stuff just make you choose a city.
For me, Jos town has a lil of these in varying proportions but too bad its not in the poll

brought up in Abuja and it's where my heart is, but it's not where you want to start life as a recent employee aiming to be independent, accommodation and transport is killing!

in future i want to be like Odunnu; check out the East (enugu to be precise), south south (rivers or calabar), kaduna kano or bauchi. sadly i don't fancy the west much

Why are are people complaining about the heat in Makurdi? It's hot quite alright, but not anymore than Abuja. . .certainly cannot be compared with northern cities like my good 'ol hot [/i]Kano, not ta mention Maiduguri, where temps of 43 degrees are not unusual.

The main attraction in MKD, as someone has said has to been the food. Damn! food sooo cheap here, it's almost [i]sinful. . .make you wonder sometimes if you're still in Naija.
