Around 7pm when all the matches except one had played,he got 8draws remaining a Sunday match which happen to be Celtic vs Hibernian

He wanted to cash out in that Saturday evening but was told by the betting agent that the game doesn't have a cash out code.On Sunday, the said game played 2 to 0

My question is this,is it possible for a ticket not to have a cash out code( or has but it won't cash out)? Or could it be that it was the betting agent that scam the man?

cash out is not always available for all games. Especially for a game that the bookmaker knows it is most likely to be lost. next time, he should split the game into three or two which would have made him win something at least.
Cash out is always available. May be the guy didn't negotiate well. Someone in my area also cashout straight draws on Sunday which some was already in on Saturday. He cashed out. Watch were to play game. Those guys some times delete since the game is risky.

P.s: the bet agent might have cashed out for the teacher,and waited for the last game to play so to decide if he going to give out the money or withhold it (tell the teacher to load the bet coupon code online to find out)

Or

The bet agent left the game to play through cause if he cashed out (his monthly commission from the bet office go reduce)

If the teacher loaded the game coupon code online before the last game started playing

(He will find out if there is cash out or not, on the game)

You never see anything. One day like that, 1 kobo no dey my pocket and my baby milk don finish. I remember say i get 1k for bet9ja account.. I playrd seriaA that Sunday with 500, and 30k enter. I have calculated how much i have spent on bet this yr so far and its not upto 100k but i have won more than that.

Make i tell you, life is gambling but gamble with knowledge and wisdom.

When you go for work interview with other 3000 candidates. Your chances are the same with someone who played 3000 odds in bet9ja...

Just gamble with what you can afford to lose and do your focast/research very well. However, if you cant stand failure, then dont try it but whats life without failure.
