For presidency and governorship, The House of Reps wants to abolish the current two 4 year terms in favor of only one single 6 year term with no second term.
I think it should be two 5 year terms . That's what Botswana has ,and that's one of my favorite African countries.

I think one tenure of 6 years is better because Nigeria spends so much on election, Nigerians die senselessly during elections, politicians won't be stealing so much to save for their reelection, and incessant election divides this country.
